Human Bile Duct Cancer Organoid

Human Bile Duct Cancer Organoid is a 3D tissue model derived from human cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) tissues, accurately replicating the structure and function of the bile duct. These organoids retain the molecular characteristics and tumor heterogeneity of the original cancer, including key features such as IDH1/2 mutations, FGFR2 fusion, and the differentiation of cholangiocytes. They provide a physiologically relevant platform for studying intrahepatic and extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, tumor progression, and chemoresistance. Human bile duct cancer organoids are ideal for disease modeling, drug testing, and investigating therapeutic response to drugs such as gemcitabine and cisplatin. These organoids undergo rigorous testing for mycoplasma, bacteria, fungi/yeast, and are verified for identity, genetic stability, and functional performance.

application
For research use only. Tissue-derived organoids are widely used in drug screening, disease modeling, mechanism research, personalized medicine, and regenerative medicine. By simulating authentic disease states, these organoids provide an ideal platform to assess patient responses to new drugs and assist in the design of personalized treatment plans. Additionally, they drive the development of new therapeutic approaches, particularly in cancer research and organ regeneration, offering precise experimental tools that greatly enhance the advancement of precision medicine.
