C-074
Human Bladder Cancer Organoid
Human bladder cancer organoids are patient-derived 3D tumor models that preserve the histological and genetic features of urothelial carcinoma, including FGFR and PIK3CA mutations. Validated through histopathology (HE & IHC), stable multi-generational passaging, xenograft tumor formation (PDOX), and comprehensive OncoCode Panel NGS profiling, these organoids provide a physiologically relevant platform for studying tumor heterogeneity, invasion mechanisms, resistance pathways, and therapeutic responses. They are ideal for cancer biology research, drug sensitivity testing, and precision medicine applications.

- application
- For research use only. Tissue-derived organoids are widely used in drug screening, disease modeling, mechanism research, personalized medicine, and regenerative medicine. By simulating authentic disease states, these organoids provide an ideal platform to assess patient responses to new drugs and assist in the design of personalized treatment plans. Additionally, they drive the development of new therapeutic approaches, particularly in cancer research and organ regeneration, offering precise experimental tools that greatly enhance the advancement of precision medicine.
