C-060
Human Cervical Cancer Organoid
Human Cervical Cancer Organoid is a 3D patient-derived tumor model cultured from resected cervical carcinoma tissue. Developed using cancer stem-like cells, it faithfully preserves the histopathological structure, molecular alterations, and HPV-related genetic signatures of the original tumor. The organoid exhibits long-term viability, allowing for continuous expansion while maintaining the intratumoral heterogeneity and architecture seen in vivo. It provides a highly reliable and physiologically relevant platform for studying cervical cancer progression and therapeutic response in a controlled setting.

- application
- For research use only. Human Cervical Cancer Organoid supports a broad range of applications, including antiviral therapy evaluation, anti-cancer drug screening, radiotherapy resistance research, and biomarker discovery for early diagnosis. It is particularly valuable in studying HPV-driven oncogenesis and testing immunotherapy strategies, such as immune checkpoint inhibitors or tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte co-cultures. Its personalized nature allows for precision medicine approaches, guiding individualized treatment decisions based on tumor-specific behavior.
