Human Colon Cancer Organoid
Human Colon Cancer Organoid is a 3D cancer organoid model established from resected Human Colon tumor tissue. Derived from patient tumor cells, including native cancer stem cell populations, this organoid retains the histological architecture, genetic mutations, and molecular features of the original tumor. It can be maintained long-term in vitro and replicates tumor heterogeneity. Unlike traditional 2D cancer cell lines, this organoid model offers enhanced fidelity for modeling disease progression and predicting patient-specific therapeutic responses in colon cancer research. Organoids undergo rigorous testing for mycoplasma, bacteria, fungi/yeast, and are verified for identity, genetic stability, and functional performance.

- application
- For research use only. Human Colon Cancer Organoid is an essential tool for drug discovery, disease modeling, biomarker research, and precision oncology. It enables high-throughput screening of chemotherapeutics and targeted agents, investigation of resistance pathways, and evaluation of personalized treatment strategies. When co-cultured with immune or stromal components, it supports immunotherapy research and microenvironment modeling, providing a robust platform for advancing colon cancer research and developing clinically relevant therapeutic approaches.
