Human Duodenum Intestinal Organoid

Human Duodenum Intestinal Organoid are cultured in vitro and are capable of self-organization, long-term growth, and faithfully simulating the structure and function of the duodenum. Duodenum organoids are highly clinically relevant, three-dimensional models that faithfully retain the physiological and molecular characteristics of the original duodenal tissue. Compared with traditional 2D cell lines, they better mimic the in vivo environment and can be used to predict patient responses to therapeutics. The duodenum organoids offered by Cytrix are thoroughly characterized, genetically and phenotypically stable, and represent an ideal platform for studying gastrointestinal diseases, drug discovery, and precision medicine. Organoids are rigorously tested for mycoplasma, bacteria, fungi/yeast, and verified for identity, genetic stability, and functional performance.

application
For research use only. Tissue-derived organoids are widely used in drug screening, disease modeling, mechanism research, personalized medicine, and regenerative medicine. By simulating authentic disease states, these organoids provide an ideal platform to assess patient responses to new drugs and assist in the design of personalized treatment plans. Additionally, they drive the development of new therapeutic approaches, particularly in cancer research and organ regeneration, offering precise experimental tools that greatly enhance the advancement of precision medicine.
