Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma Organoid

Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma Organoid is an advanced 3D cell model derived from adult patient biopsy or resected tissue, utilizing cells with native LGR5+ stem cell populations for cultivation. These organoids retain the physiological and molecular pathological characteristics of the original tissue, accurately mimicking the structure and function of real organs, with high genetic stability and mature phenotypic features. Compared to iPSC-derived organoids, tissue-derived organoids are closer to the real physiological environment during long-term cultivation. Human Hepatocellular Carcinoma Organoid is cultured in vitro and are capable of self-organization, long-term growth, and structure and function of hepatocellular carcinoma tissue. Organoids are rigorously tested for mycoplasma, bacteria, fungi/yeast, and verified for identity, genetic stability, and functional performance.

application
For research use only. Tissue-derived organoids are widely used in drug screening, disease modeling, mechanism research, personalized medicine, and regenerative medicine. By simulating authentic disease states, these organoids provide an ideal platform to assess patient responses to new drugs and assist in the design of personalized treatment plans. Additionally, they drive the development of new therapeutic approaches, particularly in cancer research and organ regeneration, offering precise experimental tools that greatly enhance the advancement of precision medicine.
