Villin Antibody, Polyclonal, Rabbit

Villin 1 (VIL1) is a 95 kDa actin-binding protein expressed primarily in epithelial cells with a brush border, including those in the gastrointestinal tract, renal tubules, and testicular epithelium. This polyclonal antibody, derived from rabbit IgG, is ideal for detecting VIL1 in complex samples due to its ability to recognize multiple epitopes. It is well-suited for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry (ICC) applications in human, mouse, and rat samples. The polyclonal nature of this antibody provides broader recognition, making it suitable for detecting proteins in diverse or heterogeneous samples where antigen variability may be present.
